How do I pay?
Payment is handled through a client portal that we set up for you after your initial consultation with a Poopy Dash representative. You’ll receive login information via email, and the setup process takes under two minutes. In your portal, you’ll have access to all your paid invoices, records of past and upcoming services, and can securely link your debit or credit card. Once your card is linked, we handle the payments and send you receipts automatically.
Important:
Please ensure your card is linked in the portal before your scheduled cleanup. If your card isn’t connected when we arrive, we’ll attempt to reach you. If we’re unable to make contact, we’ll reschedule for the next available date, which may be delayed depending on the season. Need help connecting your card? Our team is just a phone call away!
Do you bill monthly?
Yes, billing takes place on the 1st of each month for the services scheduled that month. For one-time cleanups, payment is due immediately upon job completion.
Important Note:
If you decide to continue with regular weekly service after a one-time cleanup, we’ll bill for the remaining cleanups that month along with the one-time service fee.

Imagine John signed up for weekly cleanups on 3/15, scheduled every Tuesday for $80 per month. The initial cleanup is $100. On 3/15, John would be billed $100 for the first cleanup and $40 for the remaining two cleanups in March.
Total billed on 3/15:
- Initial Cleanup: $100
- Remaining March Cleanups (3/22, 3/29): $40
- Total: $140
The next monthly bill of $80 would be processed on 4/1, covering the full month of April. If payment isn’t received by your first cleanup of the month, your service will be paused until payment is made.
Note: A $1.50 test charge may show up temporarily when you first link your card. This charge will not be processed; it’s simply a standard verification step.
When will you be at my home?
Rather than setting exact times, we operate within a service day, much like your garbage collection. Our team will arrive sometime between 7:30 a.m. and dusk. To keep you informed, we’ll send a text alert about 60 minutes before arrival. For early-morning visits, you’ll receive a shorter 15-30 minute notice to avoid interrupting your routine. You can count on the same day each week for your service unless otherwise communicated in advance.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! You don’t need to be home while we work, as long as we have clear access to your yard.
Do you disinfect your equipment?
Absolutely. At Poopy Dash, we prioritize cleanliness and safety. We use a kennel-grade disinfectant on our shoes and tools after each cleanup to prevent the spread of germs and keep our equipment pristine.
Do you take the waste with you?
No, we don’t remove waste from your property. For routine cleanups, we bag and place the waste in your outdoor trash receptacle. For one-time cleanups, if your trash bin is not accessible, we’ll securely double-bag the waste and place it near your gate for easy disposal.

Poopy Dash Service Policies
Pricing Policy
While most initial quotes are accurate, final pricing will be confirmed after a full yard inspection during the first visit. We will notify you of any price changes before starting service.
If you decide to pause service, an initial cleanup fee will apply before resuming the regular monthly schedule.
Payment Policy
Payment for initial or one-time cleanups is due at the time of service completion.
If you opt to continue with monthly service after a one-time cleanup, billing for the remainder of the month will occur on your second cleanup.
Monthly service payments are due on the 1st of each month before services are provided.
A $10 late fee will apply to overdue payments.
If payment is not received by your first scheduled cleaning of the month, service will be paused until payment is made.
Monthly rates are calculated on a 52-week basis and averaged over 12 months. There’s no additional charge for months with five cleanups instead of four, as extra visits are already included in the monthly rate.
A $1.50 test transaction may appear temporarily when first linking a debit or credit card. This is simply a verification process, and no funds are withdrawn.
Winter Policy
Poopy Dash operates year-round and will provide service in all safe weather conditions, rain or shine.
If service is postponed due to unsafe conditions, we’ll perform a double cleanup the following week, and the full monthly rate will still apply since pet waste accumulates regardless of delays.
Clients who maintain their service throughout the winter will not incur additional spring cleanup fees when snow melts and will retain their locked-in rates.
Access Policy
If Poopy Dash is unable to access your yard due to a locked gate, the visit will still be charged, but we’ll perform double duty on the next scheduled visit.
Your technician will knock and attempt to call before skipping your yard, and you’ll receive a notification via the client portal.
Pet Policy
Our technicians enjoy working around dogs! However, if your dog shows aggressive behavior and prevents us from safely accessing the yard, we’ll attempt to contact you through calls, door knocks, and portal updates. If the cleanup cannot proceed due to an aggressive dog, the visit will still be charged, and we’ll handle a double cleanup the following week.
Cancellation Policy
Poopy Dash services are contract-free, so you’re free to cancel anytime with 48-hour notice. You can cancel by phone or through your client portal.
Clients who pause service temporarily may be subject to initial or spring cleanup fees upon resuming monthly service.
For cancellations mid-month, you’ll be refunded for any unused services, with the refund issued to the payment method on file.

Make sure gates are free of snow, ice, and unlocked when we arrive. If you provide a gate code, we’ll secure the gate upon leaving.
Keep aggressive dogs indoors on service days.
If you won’t need service on a specific day, please notify us with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Yes, in most cases! Our team loves working with animals. However, if a dog shows signs of aggression or prevents safe access to the yard, we may ask that the dog be kept in a secure area during our visit.
